Last week’s Mexican Chicken Soup was awesome!! I had to improvise because I was missing a few ingredients but it all worked out great! Not a drop was left in my huge crockpot! But, we also got busy last week and I didn’t cook most of the meals I had planned so, there’s going to be some repeats this week and next week. There’s also 3 new recipes this week!!
