Can I do 2 10 items at one time or do I have to go back around and do it again? tia

Yes, you can do up to 3 sets of 10 per transaction and get the reward. Just remember that they limit doubling/tripling qs to 1-3 (depending on store) like qs per transaction. So, if you want to buy 5 oatmeal and use 5 50¢/1 oatmeal Qs, not all of them will double. You would want to split your transactions in order for all the Qs to double.

About the q’s what if they’re for the same product but they are different q’s (amt is different)? tia again!!

I think the limit is for qs that are exactly the same. So, 2 qs for the same product but a different value would still be different and should double/triple. But, I can’t be positive! You might just ask Kroger Customer Service to be sure.
