I’ve had a cold all week so last weeks menu did not go as planned. There will be some repeats for sure!

Monday: Bruschetta ‘n Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Steamed Broccoli, & Rolls

Mozzarella: $1
Stove Top: Free (from stockpile)

Total Cost: $2.95

Tuesday: Spaghetti with Garlic Toasted Breadsticks

Ground Beef: $1.30
Sauce: 61¢
Breadsticks: $2.14

Total Cost: $4.05

Wednesday: Leftovers

Total Cost: $0

Thursday: Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Corn

Chicken: $1.60
Potatoes: $1.75
Corn: 23¢

Total Cost: $3.58

Friday: Leftovers

Total Cost: $0

Saturday: Jambalaya, Corn, & Cornbread

Jambalaya Rice Mix: Free
Sausage: $2.50
Corn: 23¢
Cornbread: 72¢

Total Cost: $3.45

Sunday: Shepherd’s Pie & Salad

Ground Beef: $1.30
Mixed Veggies: 23¢
Leftover Potatoes: Free
Cheese: $1.67
Salad: $1
