I got some of the yeast packet and got several of the .50 oyno coupons. Can they be used on anything and can I use more than one per transaction?

They can be used on anything excluding Alcohol, Tobacco and RX. They do not say you cannot use more than one per order so I would assume you can. I’ve never had a problem using more than one OYNO cat on a single order before.
