the cotton rounds that are 0.99 and theres a coupon on the cvs beauty book for 0.99 so if i get 2 cvs beauty books and cut out 2 of cotton rounds make up coupons will that be ok

I got a coupon for 8.45 oz. Cascade Crystal Clear Rinse Agent and the best part is its FREE! But i can’t seem to find it anywhere. I looked at my local Walgreens,Rite Aid but they did not have it. I haven’t looked at CVS and i was wondering do they sell this at CVS. thanks.
