You have to leave and come back. It makes it harder to "roll" the RR's in one trip. After my first week of couponing at Walgreens I decided to spend more oop for that week and got 4 RR's. Now I always have 3 - 5 of them to roll without leaving the store. I had to invest a little more that one time but it was worth not having to run in and out every time.
