Their website is very slow right now, but you can also order it by calling 1-800-GLIDDEN. It took me a while, but I managed to order mine from the site successfully!
Pick out the color you like, and you should receive your free quart of Eggshell Paint in about 3 to 4 weeks! This promotion is while supplies last!

Awesome, that was very easy! I need a touch up for a hidden side of a dresser & I was putting off buying paint – this is perfect! I’ll paint the whole side in the new color, the side is hidden – any little bit it is off will never be noticed! that was awesome – & so easy! thanks for everything!
