I tried using the $2/1 for the trial size of Renu contact lense solution. The cashier had no idea what she was doing from the start. After I got to the car and noticed that several of my coupons weren’t accounted for on the receipt (yet still sat in her coupon drawer!) I mustered up the energy (currently have Bronchitis!) to go back in to talk to Customer Service. After a little back and forth, the CS rep gave me $2 in cash for EACH Renu solution I got (I got 2, tried to use 2 coupons), as well as cash for all the other coupons I said I had and weren’t accounted for. I was so pleased with the outcome! I had never had any issues with Target accepting coupons (I beep at the register everytime I go and the cashier just pushes a button and takes the money off my bill without even looking). Yay for Target!
