can i scan and copy coupons if i cant get multiple???

Scanning and copying coupons is actually considered fraudulent use of coupons. Never copy or scan a coupon. To get multiples, you have to buy the extra copies of the newspapers or print the coupons from your computer (limit of 2 per computer).
