What a beautiful baby! Question : Is the free tea a new offer? I signed up for one like this a month or so ago and not sure if I’m eligible for this as well.

I’m not sure. The free tea samples come and go, so I can’t remember if this is a new one or not. I would just try signing up. They will tell you if you’re not eligible. 🙂 Sometimes they have a limit of one sign-up per quarter, too. Just give it a go and see if you get lucky! That’s what I always do.
