Daily Frugal Tip: Make Room In Your Budget For Healthy Foods

One of the most common misconceptions about couponing is that we only eat junk food, and that is entirely not true. You can save money, stay on a frugal grocery budget, cut coupons, and eat healthy!

Check out this really neat visual representation of what $10-$20 can buy you in terms of junk food and healthy food. The prices are definitely based on a couple years ago, but it’s still a great example to demonstrate that we can all eat healthy on a budget!
