Thanks! I emailed corporate this morning, so hopefully that works! I figured there would be done glitches, the manager said I was the first customer with coupons in that store.
Stephanie Lynne McKnight If showing the coupon policy does not work, I would call corporate and get it resolved. Sorry to hear that. Give them some time. It is a brand new policy, so they're not used to coupons. Hopefully things will smooth out, though!
I went into my local dollar tree yesterday and the store manager said they do not accept coupons over 0.99! After reading the coupon policy I think he is mistaken! What's the best way to resolve this? I tried to show him the coupon policy that said no coupons OVER the cost of the item, but he said that includes coupons of the same cost (all $1 off coupons).
