There are many programs available offering free or inexpensive family movies to get your family out of the heat and enjoy some fun. Be sure to check with your local theater before going to make sure they participate in the summer movie program. Enjoy!
Rave Theater – Every Tuesday & Wednesday at 10 am you can see a FREE family movie (Rated G or PG) at Rave Theater as part of their Free Family Film Festival. Check your local theater for a schedule.
Regal Cinemas – Select Regal Cinemas, including United Artist and Edwards Theaters will be showing a G or PG movie at 10 am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for just $1 Admission for their Summer Movie Express program. For a list of participation theatres check here.
Cinemark – Cinemark’s Summer Movie Clubhouse offers two ways to save. If you purchase in advance the cost is $5 for 10 shows or at the door its a $1 per movie. Punch cards are limited to one punch per person per visit. Here’s a list of showtimes by location.
Redbox – Redbox is kicking off their Summer Fun & Games Promo that rewards you with a free DVD rental for every 2 items you rent or reserve online before June 12 in the same transaction. To get the free DVD rental you must enter your email address at checkout. The free rental code will be emailed to you within 72 hours and expires 1 week after its sent. Rentals purchased with promo codes do not count toward this promo.
