Hi all! For those of you going into the 10/$5 Mega Event, be warned that the Advil coupon (exp 7/31) for $4 off two is not working quite right. I had two of these and both would not scan properly - both came up to mean $4 off one, which is more than a bottle costs for the Mega Event, ergo Kroger doesn't like that. After a long ordeal I talked the lady into taking it off manually. HOWEVER, it was well worth it because I got my Advil for 99 cents a bottle :)
some regions allow overage now (northeast TX does :) )
@Jessi, I don't think Kroger has store coupons - at least mine does not. Are you talking about the ecoupons? These are manufacturer's coupons that you load onto your store card from the Kroger website. They are only used by themselves and do not double. My advice on those is load them only if they are over 50 cents, otherwise you lose out. Hope this answers your question?!
i am going shoping tomorrow at kroger does anybody know if i can use the 3 dollar tide coupon on the detergant or only on the stain release.on the coupon it says $3 on powder,then douo packs ,or liquid stain release.but i have never found tide stain release powder.so im unclear on that.
I don't have the coupon in front of me but just looked up on the Tide site and the only thing they have under stain products is the packs, liquid, and spray. I don't see any powder stain release so I'm thinking that if it says powder that it is referring to powder detergent. Can't say for sure though without seeing the coupon.

So I am fairly new to couponing and have a question. I saw in the FAQ's that you can use 1 store Q + a manfacture Q on one item, however I tried to do this today at my Kroger and they said that it is not allowed, that I can only use onq Q per item. Was the cashier wrong or was I? I was not sure so I did not argue with the cashier. Hope someone knows the answer.

The only time I ever see true store coupons there are the ones that come in the mail for their own brands (which wouldn't have manufacturer coupons for them). If you were somehow able to find a real store coupon then yes you should have been able to stack them. However, the ones that come in the mail from them even if only able to be used there are usually manufacturer coupons and so are most catalina coupons. Hope that clears it up :)
You can use 1 store Q + 1 Manufacturer Q at Kroger. The catch is (I know this from personal experience) if it was a catalina (for the store Q) you have to be careful. At the top of the catalina it will say manufacterer coupon or store coupon. If it says manufacturer then even though you got the catalina at the store, it is still at manufacturer coupon. In that case you cannot use both. But if it is a legit store Q then they should have let you "stack" them.

I got an AWESOME deal just now. On Cascade Action Pacs 20ct, normally $5.99, I found on Manager's Special for $1.50.. used 3x $1 off ANY Cascade, and got 3 packs of them for .50 a piece!! I know this isn't a deal everybody will have, but I was SUPER excited about it. =) I wish I had more of those coupons!!
