I think the limit is for qs that are exactly the same. So, 2 qs for the same product but a different value would still be different and should double/triple. But, I can't be positive! You might just ask Kroger Customer Service to be sure.

Yes, you can do up to 3 sets of 10 per transaction and get the reward. Just remember that they limit doubling/tripling qs to 1-3 (depending on store) like qs per transaction. So, if you want to buy 5 oatmeal and use 5 50¢/1 oatmeal Qs, not all of them will double. You would want to split your transactions in order for all the Qs to double.
