Menu Plan 6/6 – 6/12

Last week’s freezer cooking plan went really well! I now have a freezer stocked with homemade dinners that I can pull out for nights when I need a quick meal. I’ll share a little more about my freezer meals later on this week.

Breakfasts

Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Toast with Homemade Jelly (we’ll eat this most mornings)
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, Fresh Fruit
Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Burritos
Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pancakes (I made about 50 of these for the freezer recently)

Lunches:

Leftovers
PB&J, Baby Carrots, Yogurt
Grilled Chicken Salad
Pizza
Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, Chips, Fresh Fruit
“Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.
Chick-fil-A

Dinners:

Bean Burritos*, Salad
Slow Cooker Round Steak, Potatoes, Carrots
Lasagna (from the Freezer Meal Swap), Salad, Garlic Bread
Chicken Hawaiian*, Salad, Homemade Dinner Rolls
Homemade Pizza
Little Saucy Meatballs* (making multiples for a freezer meal swap), Mashed Potatoes (I recently made about 20 lbs for the freezer), Peas from the Garden
