NEW Fresh Express Leaf Locator (Plus Giveaway!)

Ever wonder where the lettuce in the bags of salad comes from? Most bagged salads only show an expiration date and a peek through the bag at the lettuce inside, but Fresh Express is sharing what’s inside the bag to give parents peace of mind!

You can now track where your Fresh Express bagged lettuce came from with the new Fresh Express Leaf Locator Tool!  The Leaf Locator tracks nearly 50 million bags of lettuce and spinach each month sold in 24,000 grocery stores nationwide.

To find out where the lettuce in your bagged salad came from, just type in the first letter and 3 digits on the front of your bag found under the “best by” date.

The locator will tell you where your lettuce came from, a short description of the process from field to store, and a picture of the location. You might even find some fun trivia about lettuce. This could be a fun way to teach kids that food doesn’t just magically appear in grocery stores!

Fresh Express has also offered to give away some FREE coupons to a few of my lucky readers!

  • Very coo idea! I have often wondered about the process involved with the bagged salad. We have it on hand all the time.

  • This is a great idea, something I've always wondered about and will
make me confidant in this product

  • I would really like to win this! I am a single Mom and am currently not working. Finances are tight. This would help a lot. My family has salad with dinner every day.

  • I really like the idea of knowing where my food comes from. You always give us such great info and freebies. Have a great weekend!

  • I think this is a very forward thinking concept. It brings a very personal touch to the product and makes me feel that it comes from a "known source". I trust and love the brand already. This makes it even better to love.
