I regirstered for this the last time where was a promotion, but I have never used the promotion (forgot to go to Old Navy before the date stated). Am I still considered a new customer? Would I benefit from this promotion?
Hmm. I'm honestly not sure about that. I would contact Plink customer service and find out. I would *think* if you didn't make a purchase yet, that maybe you're still considered a new customer. But I'm not 100% sure.
