i bought 4 scrubbing bubbles and used the 2 dollar peelie and payed 6.16 but, did not get a 5 dollar gift card. was that an advertised deal.

You will need the Target coupon from the (11/1 SS) to get the gift card.
There was a Target coupon in the 11-1 paper. I think to get the gift card you actually have to have the coupon from the paper.
