Went the night before the prices were no longer and was able to get the Suave deodorant for 47 cents, 2 Mahatma rice for 49 cents, Scott Naturals 4 pack tissue for $1.68, and 2 Bar S hotdogs for 50 cents each. I couldn't find the cheapest degree deodorant for 97 cents which I had a coupon for 75 cents off but I can't complain on the things that they had for me. Come to think of it, I didn't check the travel size aisle for the degree deodorant.
I got the coupon for the Bar S Hotdogs and my local grocery store had them on sale for .59 so I got them for .18 each!!
Yes, when deoderant (the suave and degree) is under a dollar, you can almost be sure that it is the travel size, just like the q-tips. With that, take the amount (oz or ct) of the bottle/pack and compare it to the amount you would get in a regular sized deoderant or q-tip pack. It is easier to pay .22 per deoderant but when you add it up, you may be paying MORE for the travel size for the amount(oz) you are actually getting... even with a coupon. Just like the tide sample pack in the travel section. I believe it was .97 and with a .30 coupon and it was for 1 load only. So you take that and multiply it by the amount of loads you would get in a regular size bottle. Like I get 40 loads. So .30x40=12!!!! I will be paying $12 for only 40 loads!!! That is a horrible deal. The only way that would be a good deal is if you were to get the Tide single load for FREE! I did buy a couple of these ONLY because I go on trips and these are good when I go for a long weekend and want to wash a load before I come home so I don't come home with dirty clothes.
Just because it is cheaper, does NOT mean it is a better deal! I find it funny that so many people post the travel size... it really isn't a good deal... not unless you can get it for free.
The prices are probably for the travel size deodorants. :)
I was really disappointed when I went to Walmart expecting to scoop up a great deal on some Degree (75 cents off, B1G1), only to find that the deodorant was full price. Could you please specify which store the deals are at in the future?

These aren't sale prices, they are store prices. All Walmart prices are not the same in every area.
EX: Her Walmart has Bar S Hot Dogs for $1, my Walmart has them for $.88!
What you need to do is check your store listing against the coupon value and see if it's a good deal to you. I have to do this in my area sometimes.
This is probably a local deal, but I visited the clearance aisle in the Magee, MS walmart and they had GoGo Squeez Applesauce on sale for 50 cents. It's normally $2.28!
I am wondering where you got these sale prices. I went to my store and none of the ones I was looking for were on sale. I looked through the ad I have and they weren't listed there either. Hope you can help.
