4 Kid-Friendly Halloween Party Games

Halloween parties are a great opportunity for kids to show off their costumes and get in the spooky spirit. And party games are an easy way to bring everyone together. These four kid-friendly Halloween party games can make your event even more fun and festive.

Bobbing for Apples

We’ve included bobbing for apples on this list because it is a classic Halloween game. If kids at the party have seen “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown,” they’ll probably already be familiar with the activity and be eager to give it a try. To play, fill a large bucket or kiddie pool with water and float apples on top. Then, kids try to grab an apple from the water using their teeth. While bobbing for apples can be a fun game, if any of the kids at the party seem to be getting sick, you might want to nix it to try to prevent viruses from spreading.

Pumpkin Drop Game via Get Your Holiday On

We like this game because it is both simple and fun. To play, kids use empty toilet paper rolls to balance balls decorated like pumpkins. You can add accessories like huge feet or witch fingers to make the game more challenging and festive.

Halloween Touch and Feel Game via The Mumsy Blog

Not being able to see what you’re touching is a little creepy. If what you’re touching seems like it might be gross, it’s even creepier. In this game, kids feel various items and try to guess what they are. We’ve included this Halloween game on the list because it’s a little bit scary, but a lot of children should still be able to enjoy it.

Pumpkin Ring Toss via Kid Friendly Things To Do

We couldn’t resist putting this game on the list because it would be so fun outside at night. In this game, children toss glow-in-the-dark necklaces on a pumpkin, putting a unique spin on a classic ring toss game.
