Menu Plan 4/4 – 4/10

Here is our menu plan for this week:

Breakfasts:

Oatmeal
Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Fresh Fruit (this has been our regular breakfast lately)
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fresh Fruit
Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Fruit Smoothies
Fluffy Baked Chocolate Donuts (I want to try these so bad, but I don’t have a donut pan, so we’ll see how they turn out! lol)

Lunches:

PB&J, Baby Carrots, Yogurt
Homemade Chicken Nuggets, Fresh Fruit
Grilled Chicken Salad
“Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.
Chicken Noodle Soup
Leftovers

Dinners:

Steak, Baked Potatoes, Steamed Veggies
Cauliflower Cheese SoupPortuguese White Bread (didn’t make this last week)
Hamburgers, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad
Pizza
Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Salad, Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream
Dinner at my Parent’s House
Leftovers

Nothing fancy this week, just some of our favorite simple/comfort meals. It will be nice to spend a little less time in the kitchen this week.
