Target: 75% off Toy Clearance July 2010
It’s time!!!
Target marks their toy clearance down to 75% off twice a year – after Christmas and at the end of July. If tradition holds true, then tomorrow (7/29) should be the day they mark everything down!
Leave the kiddos at home and get to Target early because this stuff goes fast!! I scouted two of the Target’s in my area and the end caps are full of toys at 50% off.
Be sure to check down the aisles too and scan everything. Some things may be marked at 50% off but may actually be 75%!
Now, remember, I just think the sale will start tomorrow. Don’t hate me if you drive out to Target tomorrow and the toys aren’t marked down. I will be going in the morning though and will update as soon as I know for sure. And please feel free to email me or leave a comment if you find the toys 75% at your store!

I’m still flying high from all the deals I scored! I love you for posting this! I have over 50 people (yes, you read that right!) on my Christmas list! The only way we survive is by finding deals like this throughout the year! I was able to get toys for ALL the kids on my list! YAY!

I should have gone on Thursday but stuck to my promise to myself not to go out. When I went yesterday, almost everything was gone. Pretty much all they have left are Ateam and Prince of Persia toys. I did get a board game and a couple Thomas the Train trains but that was it. This is the Cedar Hill store FYI if anyone reads this from this area.

I did not read this e-mail until this evening and planned on and went to Target early this morning for other groceries and got a load of presents for 75% off. I was so excited and it was all just a fluke. 🙂

My daughter’s birthday is Sunday and we got some incredible deals on toys for her! Just a note to emphasize the savings…we went to another leading reatailer (starts with a “W”) and found the Sweet Factory Jewel Maker for $19…It was only $4.78 at Target!!!

Got a ton, retail $406 before tax spent $117 after tax. I got Christmas presents for both of my boys, niece, nephew and cousin’s kiddos. What a blessing to get these all out of the way now.

thanks! went to 2 targets and only spent $12 for my kiddos (plus a few more for donation). my stores had plenty- but my kids only like/obsess over certain things. 🙂

I just called the Mesquite Target and they said their toy clearance will not mark down to 75% off until tomorrow (Friday).

@Jennifer, The employee you spoke to is misinformed because I’ve heard from several people who’ve been to the mesquite target and scored 75% off toys! If it’s not too far of a drive though, I recommend going to the rowlett target – much better selection! 🙂

Just got back and hit the motherload! My Target had a lot of boys toys so I stocked up for my boys and their friends. There we a lot of girl toys too, but not a lot I was interested in. Almost all of the water and sand toys are 75% off. Spent $100 but saved $300! I would’ve easily spent $100 on birthday present for 3 kids! Thank you for the heads up!!!

@Ashley, The boy toys rocked this time! Normally it feels like I find so much more stuff for girls than boys. SO excited to find great stuff for boys this time like Legos, K’nex, Star Wars, etc.!

I was at Target this morning and got a Sesame Street playhouse for over 75% off the original price of $39.99. My little one has been wanting this for sometime but I just didn’t think it was worth 40 bucks but for $8 it’s a deal! I got the last one at the Weatherford Target but I saw more at the Hurst Target.

@Stephanie, I did! I got a wooden train set, lots of summer toys (bubbles, kites), a couple of board games, a set of Shrinky Dinks (which my daughter loves), and some Toy Story plushes. Spent $40 and saved $90. Thanks for the heads up!
